Accountability

Are you someone who thrives off of an appointment? Meet with me in person to make sure you always get to the gym.

Form Checks

Unsure of proper form? Meeting in person allows me to get a 360 view and make adjustments to avoid injury and make sure you’re getting the most out of the workout.

Use Equipment

Not sure how to set up equipment and use it safely? I’ll demonstrate how to use everything from dumbbells, barbells and machines.
